Words from apple Badfinger/Iveys Letter 1970

An Original Document from Apple Records providing information about the Band Badfinger formally known as The Iveys, following their name change in 1970. In the document it states the reason for the name change, according to the group leader Pete Ham "We felt our original name was too nice". And people kept coming up asking us if we were the old ivy league.
