Absolutely pristine condition inside the program, never been open since Bought however when I did take it out the page stuck slightly and as you can see on one of the photos where the paper has ripped on the front cover it’s only slight and doesn’t really impact anything at all. But everything else about it is in perfect condition. Thank you so much for looking and I do have other items that may be of interest
