This listing is for a Signatures Network Spencers Kiss Destroyer Wall Fountain in original box with power cord. This was tested and works. There is no original internal Styrofoam. There are some dust and scratches to the outer frame from being displayed. The box has a torn off top flap, some heavy creases, some tears in the edges, tape closing the top and bottom, white edges and corners.
