This is a rare and unusual promotional item, released in the U.S.A. in 1996, in support of R.E.M.'s album New Adventures in Hi-Fi. The Viewmaster comes with a reel of images relating to that album. The item is complete and in its original box. The Viewmaster itself is in excellent condition, having never been used. There is ageing to the box, as per the photos. There are two tears to the top front of the box. This is a wonderful piece of music memorabilia!
