Roughly 20 inches from armpit to armpit, putting it at about 40 inches around. Probably sold as an extra-large in the day. I have owned this since 85/86. So definitely vintage shirt. Small holds on front, and in the armpit, not a reproduction. Owned a bunch of these back in the day, and this is one that finally parting with.
