Not in perfect condition, but still good at least. The centre page bottom staple has come unattached, but the page is still held in place by top staple. Could be fixed. The front cover has some small white flecks, which when I rubbed gentle seem to come off. I haven't removed all. Thick paper, glossy pages. Really nice quality
