An original Black-and-White photograph of Paul McCartney returning to London Heathrow Airport on April 13, 1967, accompanied by the band's long-time road manager and friend, Mal Evans. He was returning from a trip to America where he celebrated his then-girlfriend Jane Asher's 21st birthday in Denver, where she was performing. During this trip where he also spent time with members of Jefferson Airplane and is said to have recorded with the Beach Boys McCartney found inspiration for The Beatles Magical Mystery Tour project, even jotting down early ideas for the film on the flight back. He is accompanied by Mal Evans, The Beatles Road manager. The Photograph measures 21.9 x 16.9 cm The condition is excellent
