Ozzy Osbourne XL Headliner from 1998-1999 made by Equity. These were the Rock Music version of the sports headliners that were being widely produced in the late 90's. Ozzy in his familiar main man pose. Piece numbered 3590 of 20,000. The figure is new, the box has some wear. I'm not listing this as mint or near mint. I would say fair-good condition. Still worthy of displaying with your collection.
