Condition is Brand New, never used, in original plastic sleeve. The only time it’s been out of the sleeve was to take these pictures. Measurements are 60” width and 36” length with two eyelets on the left side. Flag is 100% polyester. This is a vintage item from sometime in the 90s. Ships with USPS.
