The second Limited Edition Commemorative Cachet Envelope in the series. 2500 were printed and dedicated to the New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Foundation, Inc. Heritage School of Jazz. Hard to find and very collectable as many were destroyed by Katrina in 2005.
