You are purchasing the item that is listed in the title of this listing. METALLICA DAMAGE INC STATUE SEALED NEVER DISPLAYED BOX HAS SOME MINOR WEAR. The item is also pictured. New and sealed in the original box. Appears to be never opened and never displayed. The box overall is in decent shape. It does have some wear and small tears on the top front right and left hand corners. This looks like it was from the original manufacturing. The right hand side of the box does have a dimple/crease that runs top to bottom but does not have any color break. The corner above the minor crease has a little loose cardboard. Paint looks good on the statue.
