Published in January 2004 by Madonna’s official fan club ICON. This was a limited edition fan club exclusive photo book, containing unreleased photos at the time. 52 page book with soft cover, but good quality pages. Kept in its original envelope from the U.S and includes the typed letter sent with it from the fan club.
