Here is the mega rare, early UK promotional only fold-out CD (LIGHT001) from Parlophone. The 4-panel opens out to show Kylie at the blinds. The front top has the KYLIE logo in metallic reflective blue, where she has hand signed it: "Love Kylie X". This edition is unique as it omits the track 'Kids' and track 5 is missing spelt as "Coocachoo" (not Koocachoo). These were released with round stickers on to hold together and this one (sadly) shows sticker damage. There are also a few creases. Please see photos.
