Hand Signed Paul McCartney Autograph on Original Parlophone Promo Picture c.1963

I have been collecting autographs for over 45 years now and enjoy a high reputation. All I can recall on the item was it was signed by Paul to his cousin/second cousin ?. (Sorry, old age !). That’s all I can recall about the item.
