Graceland Miniature Collector's Plate Genuine Pewter Fort

The stand is missing. There is a stamp on the back of the plate that says, "Pewter, Fort, 1982". There are no cracks on the case at all. There is a piece of tape on the back of the case that I cannot seem to get off.
