Genesis were touring in support of the. … And Then There Were Three … album. It was their ninth studio album, but their first as a trio, following the departure of Steve Hackett. Recorded at Relight Studios in Hilvarenbeek under the guidance of producer David Hentschel, who had previously worked with both George Harrison and Elton John, the album was released on 23rd March, 1978.
