A nodding head promotional doll each depicting an image of Elton John in a pink jacket. The dolls were manufactured by Alexander Global Promotions for his Red Piano Tour which ran from 2004-2009. Bob was known as Elton’s ‘right hand man’ for over 30 years and even lived with Elton at points throughout his career.
