Also included is a rare signed cassette tape by David Peel and Greg Rex for their album ‘ The Yuppie Ghetto’ . The cassette inner is signed by both David Peel and Greg Rex. The cassette seems to be in good playing order , I have listened to a couple of tracks each side and they were fine. Boy! They certainly did not like Yuppies , from the tracks I heard ! Dates from the late 1980’s I would think.
