The group's original take - a P-funk-influenced chunk of languid, head-nodding soul - sits on side B alongside a handy acapella tool, but this release is all about the A-side Moodymann rework. Club-ready but inventive, jazzy and musically detailed, it's a genuinely superb remix - as you'd expect from a producer of his quality and dexterity.
