This is known as the 'Take 7' extended jam version. The acetate is on a black and white Emidisc label, filled out in faded blue ink with the words ‘She's a Woman’ and ‘The Beatles’. The Beatles recorded ‘She's a Woman’ in a single, five-hour session on 8th October 1964 at EMI Studios in London, completing it in seven takes plus overdubs.
