I was an HVAC technician in Bradenton Florida and I regularly serviced Billie’s mother’s home. It was given to me by her mother. I am a huge fan of Joe and she gave it to me as a tip for my services. I also was fortunate enough to service Joe and Billie’s condo on Long Boat Key. I met Billie but Joe was on tour. She also gave me the Mexico/South America Aerosmith tour pic. It is never been played.
