Like new with original shipping box (not pictured, but can take take pictures. Of the 4 rubber pads on the bottom one is on, one is broken and off and two are missing. Unfortunately it came that way when I ordered it from the AC/DC store. Everything else is like new/new and ever been used before. Just opened to take pictures.
