This is a Jack Osbourne "Bobber" bobblehead figurine from the 2002 merchandise line for the MTV reality show The Osbournes. The figurines were produced by Joks LLC and Noveltoy. A full set of "Bobbers" includes all four members of the Osbourne family: Ozzy, Sharon, Jack, and Kelly. Some versions of the bobbleheads, including the one for Jack, were designed as "talking bobbers" that could speak phrases from the show. Box is in terrible condition.
